Our Bridge Deck Overlay application consists of two layers of cold applied epoxy resin and flint aggregate installed onto a concrete surface to form a 3/8 inch thick overlay. 

 

The 3/8" thick overlay is designed to protect and extend the life of bridge decks new and old. This concept has been widely used for decades and has proven to be an economical and highly effective method of  providing a long-lasting seal to protect the bridge deck from the effects of traffic and harsh weather conditions. In addition to the protective seal, the bridge deck overlay provides increased pavement grip in wet or dry conditions resulting in fewer accidents and skidding under harsh braking or in adverse weather conditions.
